Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Import/Export Feeder) & Port Agency
Job Description:
Join the Eucon Operations Team in a role that offers a dynamic working environment and the opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the maritime industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process export documentation and all relevant paperwork, including Dangerous Goods notes.
Maintain and manage relevant invoicing processes.
Respond to customer queries and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
Manage vessel schedules, berth allocations, and load/discharge plans.
Communicate with port authorities, customs, terminal operators, and service providers to ensure all port call requirements are handled efficiently.
Oversee the preparation of cargo documentation, stowage instructions, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Act as the central point of contact between shippers and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
Identify and address operational challenges promptly to minimise disruptions and delays.
Requirements:
Experience in logistics, maritime operations, or port agency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Proven ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
Detail-oriented, with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
