Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Import/Export Feeder) & Port Agency

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process export documentation and all relevant paperwork, including Dangerous Goods notes.

• Maintain and manage relevant invoicing processes.

• Respond to customer queries and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Manage vessel schedules, berth allocations, and load/discharge plans.

• Communicate with port authorities, customs, terminal operators, and service providers to ensure all port call requirements are handled efficiently.

• Oversee the preparation of cargo documentation, stowage instructions, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

• Act as the central point of contact between shippers and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

• Identify and address operational challenges promptly to minimise disruptions and delays.

Requirements:

• Experience in logistics, maritime operations, or port agency

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Proven ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively

• Detail-oriented, with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
